Do I need any prior experience with coaching or inner work?
Not at all. This course meets you exactly where you are. Whether you're brand new to personal development or have been doing the work for years, the content will land and take you deeper.
How long does the course take to complete?
Most students move through it in 3-6 weeks at a relaxed pace. But there's no rush — go at whatever speed feels right. You won't lose access.
What if I want more personal support after the course?
